Shipping & Delivery Conditions – The Earthy Meals

At The Earthy Meals, we personally hand-deliver your child’s fresh, nutritious meals using our own trusted drivers.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

• Calgary
• Airdrie
• Cochrane
• Strathmore
• Okotoks
• Chestermere

Safe Drop-Off

• We hand-deliver your meals directly to your door.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave it in a safe and visible spot at your address (such as your doorstep, porch, or building lobby/concierge).
• Once placed in the safe drop-off location, The Earthy Meals is not responsible for any loss, theft, or spoilage.

Freshness & Handling

• Meals are delivered fresh on the same day they are prepared.
• Please refrigerate immediately upon receiving your delivery.
• Detailed storage and reheating instructions are included with each order.

Order Issues

• If there are any concerns or issues with your delivery, please contact us by email at info@theearthymeals.com within 4 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

• If a safe space is not available or the location is inaccessible, your order will be returned to our facility.
• A redelivery fee may apply if you request another attempt.

Delivery Costs

• Delivery is included in your subscription price for all areas listed above.

Order Cut-Off

• Weekly order cut-off is Monday at 2:00 PM for that week’s delivery.
